Are vpopmail users or system users?

What's happening is I'm getting a lot of rejected emails that say they came from my server from users that don't exist on my server. I've checked the system and everything seems to be OK and the emails I think have a forged return on them. I just want them to go to a junk directory or be deleted. I thought maybe chkuser might do this.
Thanks
