Yes it is. But you dont have to buy from www.digicert.com I my case, I used the certificate from globalsign. Just request CertCA.crt, TrustedRoot.crt from your CA authority. Also, If you have a already a web server certificate with the "same hostname of the qmail server (control/me)" , you can also use it within your qmail toaster.
