Hello All,
I have come back to the list and having problems with my Toaster install
on CentOS 4.x
Mail seems to make it into the queue no problem but when it tries to
send mail out of the system to another mail server it gives me the
following error:
Sorry,_I_wasn't_able_to_establish_an_SMTP_connection._(#*4.4.1*)
Both servers are connectable via telnet.
The one thing different about this box is that uses a dual nic one
pointing to an internal network and one pointing to the outside world.
I have thought it could be SMTProutes but I cannot find the file or what
to put into it if I do need that.
The other differnet thing is that the systems primary name server is on
the internal network as this allows the box to see all the internal
servers via name instead of IP. Maybe this is the problem.
Any help would greatly be appreciated as this is the last step before
this box is pretty much live and running.
