For a Fedora Core 3 System with a full "Shupp-Toasted" configuration do the following:

1. Create & Configure your email list with Qmailadmin as per usual.

2. Goto /usr/local/bin/ezmlm

3. Create your list of e-mail addys with each address on its own line like:

      [EMAIL PROTECTED]
      [EMAIL PROTECTED]
      [EMAIL PROTECTED]

4. Save it as list.txt (or whatever)

5. From the command line:
./ezmlm-sub /home/vpop/domains*/put.your.domain.name.here*/ *put.your.email.list.name.here* <list.txt

6. Check Qmailadmin and show users and you should see your list of names neatly listed.

Important addition: su to the vpopmail user before doing this, or you can end up with list files owned by root instead of vpopmail, something that will cause problems in the future.

Also of note, I have thought out a method of adding bulk addresses to QmailAdmin. It would accept a hugh list, and come back with a count of how many addresses were added successfully, along with a list of the addresses that were rejected (usually due to them being invalid email addresses).

I'd also like to add a button to the subscriber page that would let you download the list as a text file.

And, it could even be handy to have a page that shows the last x lines of the Log file.

Unless someone out there wants to sponsor development, I just don't have the free time to add it in. I could probably make it happen for about $250 if anyone is interested.
