The last qmail server I built (NOT from Toaster), the
email will be bounced back to the sender if there is
no such email account. And the bounce message size
will be truncated to the specified size (you can
specify the size, e.g. 10K). 

Now, I follow toaster and add the
qmail-limit-bounce-size patch, the bounce message is
as the same size as the time sending. 

I like to use this because it really lowers the
traffic. For example, if users send 1MB email in wrong
email address, you can eliminate 0.99MB outgoing
bounce back traffic!!
