I just installed the toaster with options (SA, clamav, simscan, etc) . It works great. Thanks Bill !!
Now, I try to minimize the traffic due to non-existent users, virus file, etc. I tried to patch the netqmail with qmail-limit-bounce-size.patch, I could patch successfully. However, the bounce back messages are still big in size and were not truncated. Certainly, I have put the bouncemaxbytes file in the /var/qmail/control/

I might think that you don't have it patched or installed correctly after patching ?
That patch is very simple, it should work like rolling stone.
