That's true about SMTP Auth. However, is there any reason why SMTP Auth would work OK on PC's with Outlook and Outlook Express but not with OS X Mac Eudora or Mac Mail? Is there any way to observer the session from the server end and debug?
Your mail client it broken, ask company to fix it, or use working like thundebird.
