Hi everyone, just curious if there was a way to delete an alias domain?? Whenever I go to vqadmin to delete an alias domain, it ends up deleting the parent domain (which really ended up screwing me), and leaves both the parent domain AND the alias domain listed in vpopmail. To actually delete the parent domain to re-create it, I have to copy another virtual domain directory to /home/vpopmail/domains/parentname, and then delete the parent from vqadmin (or run vdeldomain). After deleting the parent, I'm also unable to delete the alias, as it says it doesn't exist (refering to the parent).

vqadmin doesn't appear to be actively developed anymore (last stable version is almost 2 years old, last dev version is over a year old). I have found it to be dubious in the past as well, and steer clear of it. This problem does not occur with vdeldomain in the current release, and has not in a long time.

Weird bug? I'm running the versions of qmail/vpopmail that are listed on the walkthrough, I can't remember what they are though as vpopmail apparently doesn't have a --version switch.

All vpopmail programs have had the -v (version) option since 4.9.2. What version did you install?
