No it doesn't. I asked on the mailing list after having a play with it.
he has added quota support for Maildir to the list, but has stated he 
will not add support for Maildir++ due to it not adhering to the Maildir
specs or something similar.

It should be on the mailing list archives along with a config I posted 
showing how I managed to get it all working together nicely with 
vpopmail. I have since gone back to courier-imap for quota support.
