*scratches head* I haven't changed any configurations, and it just started sending messages properly. I was doing more tests to see if I could figure anything out from headers and qmail-send logs, and now I can't duplicate the problem. despite the fact that it happened just earlier today. Well... Until further notice, the problem is solved.
