Because this is not a RedHat specific toaster.  While I call it a Linux 
Toaster, it works on most *nix without much modification.  I only 
reference the rpm commands because RedHat Linux seems to be the most 
popular among users of this toaster.

I use the software default locations rather than distribution specific 
locations.  Apache defaults to /usr/local/apache, so that's what I use. 
  While Qmailadmin defaults to the RedHat Apache location, I think 
that's the only one I have to override.    This is simpler.

But by all means, if you prefer to use the distribution location, go 
for it.  Whatever works for you.
