Do you mean the terminal inside or outside tmux? If you mean outside: detach tmux, run reset(1)/stty sane and reattach.
There is no reason we couldn't have a command (or an argument to refresh-client) to output rs0 etc but frankly reset(1) generally does a better job of it.
