Hi Alicja,

there is at least one use case of this extension, where bumping the
record size is not due to performance reasons, but applications
are message based and a user message is encapsulated in a DTLS record
to preserve message boundaries. These cases use SCTP as the lower layer
for DTLS and SCTP already supports large message sizes.

Of course, I support adopting the document.
