The summary is that the process described in the slides is basically the right shape. We obviously have to address how we get formal security analysis if one is requested but the authors do not have the expertise to provide one. Also, draft-ietf-tls-8773bis is mid-process and needs a FATT Liaison so the chairs are going to work to get one.
