Here's why I'm saying 0.6% here: My understanding is that you're talking specifically about connections from Chrome to servers that support P-256 and not X25519. Cloudflare just said that 97.6% of servers they connect to support P-256 and 97.0% support X25519. I presume that approximately all X25519 servers also support P-256 as required by the current specs. Of course, if there are measurements coming up with a different number from 0.6%, I'd be interested in seeing that too. ---D. J.
