There is now an E-mail "reflector" to which you can subscribe in order
to receive announcements of country file updates. The old links to
www.changedetection.com have been removed, however you are free to
continue to use this service if you choose.

Release notices will continue to be posted to the various contest
and software reflectors. This new list is useful in case you don't
subscribe to any of them, but still want to be notified about
releases.
