Hey Lakshmi..
TinyOS Installation is just simple.....
1-> you Just add the Mirror list in your sourcce list of
repository
2-> Then, In ubuntu you should have to type the "sudo apt-get
install tinyos" for the installation
If you want to get more details about the installation TinyOS in
Unbuntu... go through my blog...

if you want to install the highier version of it .. use the
