Hi Ms. Eric Decker,
Can you help me to understand why cygwin cannot run tinyos properly, I
have to use the VMplayer to do this. It is not that good since it needs
the VM to penetrate into COM and UART ports, the data acquired is
already got filtered for several times. Can I use any other type? How
to use Windows XP when doing research on TINYOS?
Thanks!

The all in one Xbuntu TinyOS distribution is very very old.   It hasn't
been updated.

 Hello All,
I want to know if the software simulation can be analysis without using

told us there is one X-Ubuntu operating system package which have
tinyos installed already. Can some one find the standard version, and
show to me?
Thanks!

automake avarice avr-libc msp430-libc avrdude binutils-avr
binutils-msp430 gcc-avr gcc-msp430 gdb-avr gdb-msp430 subversion
graphviz python-docutils git checkinstallFor every needed package than
does not exist in raspbian's repositories, you have to build and
install it from source code!!!!|After that, you have to download/clone
tinyos source code repository from githubgit clone
https://github.com/tinyos/tinyos-main.gitBefore the complilation of any
example, you also need to install from source nesc compiler.git clone
https://github.com/tinyos/nesc.gitcd to nesc source code
directory./configure [--prefix=YOURPREFIXPATH]makemake install ( or
sudo checkinstall if YOURPREFIXPATH is in system

need to set some enviroment variables, so that you can build any

CLASSPATH=$TOSROOT/support/sdk/java/tinyos.jar:.    export
PYTHONPATH=.:$TOSROOT/support/sdk/python:$PYTHONPATH    export
