i apologize if i've offended anyone. i considered for a while whether
or not to post that and maybe i shouldn't have done it but i decided it
couldn't hurt. this is a show that a lot of people have been interested
in and seeing that the people had it who weren't on this list and don't
seem to be slip fans, i thought that people on this list would be
interested. as far as the "tight" taping, i hadn't really thought about
that but don't see how it really applies, since the taper isn't even
the one with the show anymore. and as far as this being for my own
personal advantage, it was far from it. this was a great show and one a
lot of people here want to hear...yes, i would get a copy for myself,
but i was also planning on being generous in trades and b&p and getting
it to all who want it, as i have always done in the past. and as far as
sharing email addresses, i didn't see this as a problem, since these
email addresses were released on etree for anyone who might want to
look them up. if these people didn't expect email from anyone and
everyone they wouldn't have posted their addresses to an open and
unregulated internet forum.
again, i'm sorry if i've offended anyone; i was only acting in what i
saw as the best interest of the group. people groveling for shows on
this list bothers me as much as anyone else and i apologize for wasting
people's time and bandwidth, i just thought this would be something
other members of the list might be interested in.
nick, i'd be more than happy to continue this conversation if you want
to but let's do it off the list.

it is on a public forum) without their explicit permission. I
hope I have made myself clear and I apologize if my words seem
strong or acerbic. My intent is to reduce grovelling. Just
wait for the B&P offers and let your collection grow naturally. :-)
