Then when will TeX packages in an actual Fedora release be updated to match TeXLive 2012? It seems F18 will still have packages from 2007. According to http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Features/TeXLive, the remaining "dependencies" are to "finish importing and building all the packages" but there's no list of remaining issues.
