So, guess what: I just did the latest updates, and I get the good old "I can't find the format file `pdflatex.fmt'!" problem yet again! (And I know another person who also did the update and has the same problem too.) And the fix from https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=745765#c1fixed this problem again.
