/grub/efi was not supposed to be changing. A stub was put in there to
map grub.cfg to the file in /boot/grub2.
Lately the growing file /bort/efi/EFI/Linux is now mapped to
/boot/EFI/Linux on my vm that tracks rawhide. Apparently the kernel
install uses that file branch for its scratch space now.

With these updates to the library dracut built the initramfs for the new
