I had paused the VM, then closed virt-manager. When I brought it back up, it
was "Shutoff", not paused anymore, so I had to start over. To my surprise
(since I was never able to get a completed F43 install on either of my 2 slower
machines, though they seem to work fine), on the second attempt the install
actually finished, even though I used the same install image and settings as
before. I do have the /tmp/*.log files from the first attempt (but not syslog).
I guess I'll try repeated installs to see if I can reproduce it again and get
all the requested files, or any other tester can try to get hold of a machine
from 2008 or earlier which would probably reproduce it at least part of the
time. AFAIK the machines satisfy the stated hardware requirements for the
installer, so if those aren't actually enough, they should be raised.
