This is a definite improvement. I agree with Kamil's comment about
including the "graphically" wording. It might be unnecessarily
pedantic, but our future selves may appreciate the clarity of intent.
Perhaps:

We might make a similar edit to the "all combos" wording, too:

This shows that we mean, for example, nautilus and not tar.

Stylistically, I like the idea of making the list of application types
and the examples given below into a table. That seems easier to
understand, although I see arguments for leaving it as-is. I suggest
this change, but will not lobby for it beyond this suggestion. :-)
