I'm going to setup an e-mail server at home since my ISP has issues from time to time. I was wondering if anyone wanted to offer suggestions on a setup. One issue I deal with a lot is accessing e-mail from several locations. My current idea is to setup postfix as the MTA, cyrus-deliver as the MDA, and cyrus-imapd for accessing e-mail. I'm going to setup Squirrel Mail (a tip I got off of LinuxChix!) for Web access, and I'm thinking of setting up sieve (part of the Cyrus package) as a way to filter e-mail on the server (so I don't have to deal with setting up rules on MUAs). I may even be temped to write a SquirrelMail plug-in for sieve if one doesn't already exist. Just wondering what people think of this setup, and maybe hear a bit about what other people have setup. Thanks! Jen _______________________________________________ techtalk mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.linux.org.uk/mailman/listinfo/techtalk
