I can highly recommend bitfolk. Small company, the owner is very much on top of every issue that arises and responds actively to concerns that arise on their mailing list. Good connectivity, good price, nice people.
I do not work for bitfolk or get financial incentives but I host a couple of VMs there for almost a decade and never had a reason to consider switching to a different provider.
