Nice to meet you! I think Kubernetes has some, but not all, of what you want. I'm running a bit thin on time tonight, but I'd be happy to go over it in a bit more detail with you, if you wanted. Before LISA is a little jammed (releasing kube v1.1) but at or after would be pretty easy.
