Holy guacamole, that's huge. And thanks for looking into it. She's using yahoo, I'm using office365. So there's effectively zero percent chance of fixing it, because neither organization is going to change anything. I can at least reach office365 support - and they're generally very helpful - But I'm certain in this case they'll say they're doing the right thing and yahoo is wrong.
