I helped one company move from godaddy to o365. It was great. I've helped 3-4 other startups start out on o365. I would say also, it was great. The main question that's missing from your question is - compared to what? I think if you want something valuable here, you'll have to ask how does o365 compare to Google Apps? How does it compare to in-house exchange? How does it compare to other cloud exchange hosting providers? All of those are big questions, with big answers.
