This isn't going to be directly helpful, but I hope it will provide some
indirect benefit. I went through a similar search for my samsung galaxy tab
2 7" last year. It took a while. Here's why:
* Do you want an integrated rechargeable battery or replacement AAA or AA
batteries? I wanted integrated USB chargeable with a relatively long life.
The others add weight and bulk that I didn't want.
* Do you want one that fits into a combo case for your device? I wanted one
that comes in a fold out case so that I can use the tablet as a tablet or
just turn on the keyboard with a switch, fold it the opposite direction,
and use the keyboard for taking notes, sending email, or working in VNC.
(There are many kinds of these available. Some are ipod like. Some with
stands, some without, some with soft cases, some with hard)
* Do you need an escape key? This was critical for me. There were dozens of
choices of laptops without an escape key, or with an escape key in an
egregious (you know where I'm coming from) position. I rejected these. I
finally found one with the escape key in the right place.
* Do you want one with mappable function keys to quickly do things like go
home, launch apps, close apps, bring up settings, bring up menu, etc?
Options exist. There are significant differences here between android and
IOS. Some keyboards do both (but are more focussed on ipod/ipad).
* weight vs size/.features. There's an inverse relationship

In the end, this comes down to some personal evaluation about how you
intend to use it. Amazon and Google help a lot here. Read the reviews. Ebay
has some other options as well. Don't discount them out of hand. I got mine
on Ebay. I couldn't find any with the escape in the right place on Amazon
at the time.

Hope that helps. (mine was not a major brand, but works really well in it's
leather case that folds up and also acts to protect my tablet from
scratches. The keyboard is magnetic and can be removed from the fold up
case.
