As an iPad user, I've never had any problems with Logitech keyboards. However, they *are* overpriced. They are however, often on sale on Amazon. I would say they're worth £35 GBP and at a push £40 if they match your tablet stylistically.
Other than Logitech, I've had good experiences with cheap rubberised and flexible bluetooth keyboards purchased on eBay.
