Using Redmine here with a workgroup of 6 people, mixed sysadmin/dev/DBA. It was fairly easy to install on CentOS 6.4 Linux, easy to configure, maintain and use. Lots of collaboration features. Based on a bug- tracking model but we also found it useful for the whole project lifecycle. It's web based, free, and commercial support is available. Apparently it's got a large user base and is actively developed.
