Yes this + let staff update the number for their personal mobile device for those who chose to. I worked at a company that did that, it was amazing how such a small change made a difference for IT. No more rogue list of cell phones, no more calling an old number cause that person lost their phone. And no battle about "this is my personal number don't you call me".
