You definitely need to find a "forward-looking" data-center/colo who recognized the importance of increased density in computing (I'm happy to recommend a couple to you off-list). But this is where, amusingly, small-regional facilities fare better than brand-name-megacorp colo providers. At $JOB[-1], both of the facilities we had cabinets in were "non-brand-name" colo facilities, but had build out top-grade data-centers with an eye towards high-density computing, including in one of the facilities, complete chimneyed hot-aisle containment so that we could put four fully-populated HP c7000 chassis per cabinet without issue. And the data-center was built for row upon row of that. As a perk, those sorts of small providers actually tend to give FAR better service, flexibility, and capability-of-staff, because these are the areas they have to differentiate themselves.
