I'd highly discourage using Oracle's 74xx line. Support is horrible and unless they've fixed it in the past few months, they have a serious issue where a disk rebuild gets a false failure when the rebuild completes and support has to come in via a shared shell and fix it. We were working with them on that bug for years and each new release that supposedly fixed it wouldn't.
