I currently use Apptix. Their service is generally reliable, but I
feel like I'm paying a lot, and I don't know how easy it's going to be
to migrate off of them when I eventually do that.

They do offer mail archiving through Global Relay and various levels
of anti-spam technology (all for additional cost, of course). If I had
been able to make another choice when we switched, I would have built
an in-house Exchange infrastructure rather than relying on an
outsourced solution that I'm generally less than happy about.

Plus their management interface sucks.
