s4 mini and I found out the cable works just like the nokia cable. So I
could install talks 5.5 and whatsapp for symbiam.

Yes you can download Talks from the internet that away. You could also
just
pull the memory card out of your phone and copy the file to it using a
memory card reader. You can get Talks from many dealer web sites like
www.talknav.com and the blind sea web site as a zip file. Someone else
will
need to help you with Whatsapp being I don't use that program. You could
also just do a search on the internet for it to see if you can find it as
well. Thaat is what I would have to do being I don't use it.
