Yes you can download Talks from the internet that away. You could also just pull the memory card out of your phone and copy the file to it using a memory card reader. You can get Talks from many dealer web sites like www.talknav.com and the blind sea web site as a zip file. Someone else will need to help you with Whatsapp being I don't use that program. You could also just do a search on the internet for it to see if you can find it as well. Thaat is what I would have to do being I don't use it.
