Try removing the Sim card and leaving it out. Also pull the memory card out
and leave it out. Now try turing on the phone and see what happend with both
the Sim card and memory card out. If the phone starts up, then try putting
in the memory card and turning off and on the phone to see if it comes up.
If that works, lastly try putting back in the Sim card and turning on the
phone. See if that works.
If the phone doesn't work with both the Sim card and memory card out of it,
you may need to do a hard format of the phone. This will require you to
re-install any software you have on the phone and re-inter any licesne
codes.
To do a hard format start with the phone turned off.
You will need to Press and hold the folowing keys.
Star, 3, and call keys at the same time as you press and hold the power.
Hold all 4 of these for about 15 seconds. Yes you must hold all 4 down at
the same time. Yes it is meant to be hard to do so you don't do it by error.
After that, follow the normal stuff for when you get a new phone. Things
like entering the City, Time and date. Then installing the Talks software
and the like.

1) After pressing softkey2 or End Call, the screen is still entirely white
2) When I was reading a text file with Lightnotepad, Talks stopped and the
phone "freezed". I removed the battery to reset the phone and placed it
again into the phone. Since I've turned on the phone, I only get a white
screen.
