Hello 1) After pressing softkey2 or End Call, the screen is still entirely white
2) When I was reading a text file with Lightnotepad, Talks stopped and the phone "freezed". I removed the battery to reset the phone and placed it again into the phone. Since I've turned on the phone, I only get a white screen. Thank you very much for your help.
