Too bad indeed, I am so cross as I love that E6. Surely Nokia or some shop could reflash the operating system to Anna for me. Now I had bother with connecting to wi-fi and had to get my niece to sort it for me visually as I was having same problem as yourself and finding that it was disconnecting and going on to my data plan which did not impress me. It is just fine now. Maybe some of the others with E6 can help there.
