E72 is good. I have it and it currently reads e-mails whereas the E6 does not. I like the sound from the E6 and the keyboard too, though the keyboard on the E72 is similar. I would nevertheless advise you to get E72 as extra phone. You just do a firm tap on the E6, not sure if that answers your question. Cannot answer the other questions, sorry.e
