Thanks so much for all your help, you are fantastic.
I am still a bit confused as when I go in to menu, there is no logs option that
I can find anywhere.
Do you think it may have been removed from the menu in some way?

The period key is the second one in from the left on the second row up from the
bottom. I am talking as the phone is directly in front of you and furthest to
the right of the phone. The first key on that second row is the enter or return
key. Then as I say the full stop is to the right of that and to the right again
is the comma. To find your missed calls you go to menu and logs. I have mine on
the smooth key above the qwerty line and to the left of the arrow keys but I
think I recall making that a hot key. As for the internet hard to say as I am
writing on the phone now but I think it is when you get to the edit box press
the select key which is in the middle of the arrow keys and then start writing.
I will check this now so ask again if I did not tell you correctly.

Hello friends,

Firstly let me say a big thank you to everyone who has helped me out up until
now with the new phone, I am so grateful and this list is fantastic along with
all the people who provide help.

Can I just ask a few more queries to help me along the way with this phone
please?

Firstly, I am unable to find the key with the full stop or period on it.
Secondly, there are missed calls showing butg I can't see to go in to find
them, I have checked the menu etc and it doesn't seem to show up where I have
looked.
Thirdly, when I open up the web, I can't see to figure out how to enter a new
web address manually.

Finally, for now anyway :) I need to transfer the memory card from my old
phone, is the memory slot on the top left of the phone? There seems to be a
little panel there but I can't figure out how it opens.

Thanks again to everyone, I now have a phone that I can call and text on :)
