Thanks Eleanor, and I appreciate the info from Maurice.
It's really not a comfortable phone and a very bad choice for an
unexperiment person.
For some reason I like Nokias, I was very much in love with the E-5.
I know I hate the touches but I have to join the flow; now I don't know what
will be my next step.
Thanks again for every thing.

Well that is not necessarily the case Nickey from what Maurice and I said
today. For starters there is a qwerty keyboard. It is personal
preference. I think if Anna software is on it rather than Belle you might
do better. Remember you have the keyboard and can do 95% through it. You
will however have to get to know and locate the soft keys 1-5, the 1 and 2
always in the same place, bottom left and bottom right of screen and the
others come up in the middle when they are required.

Thanks again... so it's hopeless?
I don't know what I am going to do; They will not give me my money back
and I have never tried selling on EBay.
But @list I know not to continue getting myself frustrated trying to use
the unusable and wondering what's wrong with me.

Personally I do not think the E6 and E7 are ideal for people without any
useful vision but that is only my opinion. There used to be a gentleman
on this list and he had a Nokia N8 which was totally touch screen and he
maintained he could use it without difficulty. You can read the notes
in the Talks manual regarding touch screens but if you seriously want a
touch screen phone I can think of others that do not use Talks that
would do the job for you. Maybe you need to be looking at where you
purchased it from and the possibility of it not meeting your expressed
needs and asking for a refund or of selling it on without Talks on EBay
or something like that.

Thanks Eleanor for answering. I am totally blind, even
placing
a call is a hindrance. I was tolled that, running your finger on the
scream,
talk would indicate where you are and den you could double touch to
select
what you want; well, that is not happening. it's very sensitive and
throes
me astray all the time.
I really don't know what to doo.

Well I would not dispair. There is a qwerty keyboard there also. I
think
the Anna operating system is more user friendly for Talks users than
the
Belle one. I have some vision so can set up good contrast. However, I
would use the flip out keyboard for writing. You do not have to have
all
these screens with short-cut widgets etc. You could just have one for
example with 4 items on it like contacts, file manager, notes and
camera.
There is always the Menu where you can choose your app by going down
through the list.
