In looking at the blind sea web site under the 3rd Edition software pages! I
find the Nokia Firmware updater link. It is on the 2nd page. So in saying
that, I can see it is there. You need to look at the different pages of all
the links for 3rd edition software type of stuff. After you get through the
1st page! Then you need to arrow down to select the 2nd page and if it isn't
found on that page! Then you go and select the 3rd page. I really don't see
why this is hard for people to do. Keep doing this until you find the link
you are wanting or you run out of pages to look at. It took me a whole 60
seconds or so to find it. The site has heading ability to even make it
faster to go from software title to title. No need to just arrow down
through the page unless you want to read any comments that may be with a
heading.
You aren't going to just find firmware for aphone model. You will find the
Nokia firmware updater that you will need JAWS 13 or later in order to use
it on your PC. I don't know about Window Eyes so can't say how it works or
not.
So thows people who don't want to really take the time to look at the blind

Well we would need to know more. Has he tried pairing devices. I know I
had an issue with this on my E5 because I was going about it in the wrong
way and I could not pair devices either. Is he going to settings and
connectivity and then bluetooth? Once bluetooth is turned on, he needs to
move to the right to the next tab which is the one for pairing devices.
Then the option is to pair new device and it searches for devices, this
can
take a minute or two. Once all devices have been found he needs to arrow
down through the list to the one he wants and select it. He will then
have
to put in a code. I know this is stupid but is the bluetooth also turned
on
in the other device. I know for example iPhone bluetooth will not pair
with
Nokia bluetooth.
