but found the website a little confusing.

It is there. You need to look for Nokia software updater under 3rd edition
software on the blind sea web site.

Produced on a Nokia N95 smart phone using a Symbian based screen reader.

Hardware eventually fails, software eventually works.
No amount of bandwidth can fix poor design.

hello Eleanor,
as I said in my previous email he checked in his surroundings, he has two
mobile phones neither can see one another, and blue tooth is switched on .
I tried to find a firmware update on the blindSea website no joy.

Well we would need to know more. Has he tried pairing devices. I know I
had an issue with this on my E5 because I was going about it in the wrong
way and I could not pair devices either. Is he going to settings and
connectivity and then bluetooth? Once bluetooth is turned on, he needs to
move to the right to the next tab which is the one for pairing devices.
Then the option is to pair new device and it searches for devices, this can
take a minute or two. Once all devices have been found he needs to arrow
down through the list to the one he wants and select it. He will then have
to put in a code. I know this is stupid but is the bluetooth also turned on
in the other device. I know for example iPhone bluetooth will not pair with
Nokia bluetooth.
