[Talks] Getting the Nokia N86 to Dial the + (Plus) Symbol on an International Call

Hi, folks.  I'm going to Japan at the end of May.  While there, I may 
need to call back to the States.  How do I get the N86 to dial the + 
(plus) sign when making an internation call?  Thanks in advance.--Matthew Chao
