Talks is not being developed to work on any Nokia Lumia handsets as these are Windows Phone 8 etc, and that would require Microsoft to do the legal thing and produce an accessibility API, they are not likely going to do this anytime soon. As for the other low end Nokia's that do not run Windows Phone, I believe these are not running Symbian S60 and as such, will not run Talks either.
