OK I can't help there as I do not use JAWS and have some vision so that helps. If you are using JAWS why not call Sight and Sound who have an 0845 number and their tech support should be able to assist either by making suggestions or logging on remotely to assist you

Have you paired the devices? Before you do anything you must do this step. You go to bluetooth on your phone by going to menu, then settings and then connectivity and finally to bluetooth. If turned off then turn on. This is a toggle and if off press select and it should be on. Then tab once to the right using the right arrow key and you should be on pairing devices. Then press options key and select pair new device. Then see if your computer is recognised.
