OK you have the bluetooth dongle installed and you have bluetooth turned on in your phone. Have you paired the devices? Before you do anything you must do this step. You go to bluetooth on your phone by going to menu, then settings and then connectivity and finally to bluetooth. If turned off then turn on. This is a toggle and if off press select and it should be on. Then tab once to the right using the right arrow key and you should be on pairing devices. Then press options key and select pair new device. Then see if your computer is recognised.
